Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the full lifecycle of various projects or programs.
Establish the scope, objectives, and deliverables of programs in line with business goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, with proactive mitigation strategies.
Monitor program performance and progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication.
Manage team performance, set goals, and ensure resources are allocated according to program requirements.
Promote continuous improvement within the program management process.
Requirements:
Ability to fluently speak Japanese and English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) as a Program Manager in large-scale, multi-team projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certifications are a plus.
Working knowledge in the telecom industry preferred
Experience working on outcome-based engagements.
