【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Planning and implementing unique product strategies and sales plans tailored to Japanese consumer needs and market conditions while following the policies of the French headquarters - short, medium, and long-term (3-year) plans
Planning, execution, and management of sales promotion plans - Retail, EC, WS (eWS)
Analyzes markets and consumers, develops product concepts tailored to targets, and plans and executes 360 sales promotions
Sales, customer trend tracking, analysis, promotion effectiveness verification-CRM
Creating forecasts for products, materials, etc. and adjusting inventory together with the supply chain - Retail, EC, WS (eWS)
Planning and implementation of in-store VMD measures (planning, implementation, and management of VMD measures in line with the promotion calendar)
Creating and implementing display plans for various events
【REQUIREMENTS】
5 years or more of experience in MKT-related work (2 years or more of experience in the cosmetics industry is required)
