【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Windows OS Support: Offer expert assistance for Windows OS (both Client and Server versions) to address and solve technical problems for end-users.

  • Application Assistance: Aid users with technical inquiries and issues concerning Google Workspace, MS Office, and other financial and office-related applications.

  • PC and Monitor Setup: Configure and prepare new PCs and monitors for staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools for effective work.

  • Asset Management: Maintain the company's asset tracking system, ensuring accurate records of IT assets, their status, and location are kept current.

  • Windows Inventory Oversight: Manage the inventory of Windows-related equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

  • Research and Procurement: Conduct research on mobile devices and other IT equipment, providing well-informed purchase recommendations to meet the company's requirements.

  • Windows OS Installation: Execute Windows OS installations and upgrades on various devices, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Software Deployment: Employ SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) to distribute and install software applications on end-user devices.

  •  Weekend and On-call Availability: Be prepared to work on weekends and be on call for occasional late-night calls to address urgent technical matters.

 

      【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in delivering IT helpdesk support for Windows OS, Google Workspace, MS Office, and other office-related applications.

  • Asset Management Competency: Familiarity with IT asset management procedures and software to maintain precise hardware and software inventory tracking.

  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities for efficient diagnosis and resolution of technical problems.

  • Organizational Aptitude: Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team and provide support in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work beyond regular business hours to accommodate weekend and on-call responsibilities.
