【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Represent our key values in daily interactions internally & externally.
Work hand in hand with other departments for the best cooperation in our environment.
Help & support other Dept when/when needed.
Participate in projects to support the department strategy and any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor degree and above
3+ years experience in a graphic design role in-house or agency
Strong understanding of digital customer journey, knowledge across major digital platforms and social communication channels.
Understanding of leisure and tourism industry is plus.
Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or a design-related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a must
Video production and/or editing capabilities is a plus
Basic knowledge of web design and content management system (CMS)
Experience in email marketing design and CRM software is preferred but not essential
Strong creative eye, copywriting & editing skills in Japanese and English
