【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Guide business stakeholders on escalation processes, and manage the review of complex agreements.
Provide generalist legal support and advice on human resources and leasing related matters in accordance with the local legal practices.
Work closely with specialist lawyers from across the region in a collaborative manner to support the delivery of legal services
Assist in the development of the Japan Business’ response to new legislative regimes and manage external counsel.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Excellent analytical, negotiation and contract drafting skills in variety of technology transactions.
Strong working knowledge of international commercial contract law and corporate laws.
Experience in providing support to pre-sales and sales stakeholders.
An established ability analyze problems, and make recommendations base on logical technical knowledge and judgment.
Evidenced project management skills, accountability for delivery and provide legal services in a proactive manner.
At least 10+ years post qualification experience (PQE), gained at a reputable law firm, and/or in-house in a multi-national organization.
A professional legal background in either Information Technology, Intellectual Property, Procurement Contracting or Corporate Advisory.
