【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce manufacturing costs and increase productivity, resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
Lead structured activities aimed to propose innovative manufacturing investments to the Region.
Actively support the development of Clean Hydrogen technologies and manufacturing lines, guiding the interface between Local Operations and other Regions
Support the qualification and the industrialization of new manufacturing technologies.
Scout innovative manufacturing technologies and validate the most relevant for the Region.
Act as a technical interface between R&D and manufacturing, to support new products introduction in the Region.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
Master's degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering (Industrial Engineering)
Manufacturing engineering knowledge
Automation of production processes experience
Knowledge on materials characterization, geometric tolerances, and welding techniques
Experience utilizing CAD software, such as SOLIDWORKS or AutoCAD
Project Leader experience in manufacturing company.
Self-motivation and proactivity Group Leader with an effective leadership style
Verbal and written English skill.
Excellent internal and external communication skill
Target oriented
Ability to work autonomously in an efficient and timely manner.
Be able to travel (domestic, overseas) when required.
Ability to assist and work well with others.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desirable:
Mechatronics knowledge (nice to have)
Participation in Global meeting (experience nice to have)
