【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
People Carre management or around 4 to 5 people in charge of order and supply operations
Project management of business improvement including BPO
Take Leadership of SAP/Salesforce projects
Logistics operations management
3PL management; deliver monthly meeting, take a lead of project management with 3PL
KPI management; KPI data calculation and reporting
【REQUIREMENTS】
University degree or equivalent or higher ability
Experience or strong interest in business improvement, change management.
Interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple cross departments.
People management experience (at least for a minimum of 2 years)
Familiarity with ordering and receiving operations and 2-3 years of experience in the past.
Having a good experience managing 3PL vendors as daily basis
Native level of Japanese 8. Business level English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
【GOOD TO HAVE】
Experience with SAP, Salesforce (or strong systems background)
Experience in international logistics operations.
Experience in logistics at a major company.
Experience in managing 3-4 subordinates
