【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Provide legal advice & contract review
Control the company Permissions and Licenses from the Government necessary for business
Proceed to contract review and legal review for any company agreement with other entities
Keep a record for audit support and provide necessary education/advice internally
Primary contact to the company lawyer
Manage company stamp process
Support for requirements from law or governments for license
【REQUIREMENTS】
Ability for Local laws/relevant regulations
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Experience in legal review/advice is mandatory
At least 3-5 years working experience as legal staff
Graduated from legal school or any license related with law is preferable
