Overall management of technical service centers, office automation-related development, production scheduling, help desks, communication networks (voice and data), and computer systems operations and administration.
Plans and oversees the research, evaluation, and integration of new technology, capacity planning, training, and technical support.
Safeguards and ensure IT security - hardware and network components.
Overall accountable for IT Budget.

【Qualifications】
Degree/ Professional Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
Staff management experience
Familiarity with business operations/business processes
Administrate and test a disaster recovery plan
Documentation for the production of Systems and Training Material
Thoroughly understand the internal structure and organization of customer solutions
Project management of strategic plans for future development
Minimum 5-7 year’s work experience in IT Support work under a multi-user environment
