【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Budget achievement through identifying prospective buyers of the company’s solutions and services within a defined geographic region.

  • Be able to clearly identify and interpret customer requirements, shape and align their requirements to our capabilities and position our solutions effectively.

  • Driving customer satisfaction and increasing our competitive advantage through by building trust and relationships.

  • Effective weekly / monthly planning of field based activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts via bi-weekly calls and use of SFDC.

  • Negotiate contracts and close orders with end users and purchasing departments and support all procurement processes to accelerate the closing process.

  • Maintain and expand HID & forensics market knowledge including market and technology trends and commercial awareness of competitors.

  • Ability to manage any local distribution networks and relationships with commercial partners.

  • Knowledge of HID & Forensics networks across Japan

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Bachelor of Science, PhD or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years sales experience, with a demonstratable understanding of business practice in  Forensics and/or HID NGS market.

  • Ideally has experience selling solutions to the HID & Forensics customers

  • Excellent communication skills at all business levels

  • Willingness and ability to work with several stakeholders in a structured and organized fashion

  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

  • Strong English communication skills required
