【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Confirming, monitoring, and improving the credit management status of our international business regions (Americas, EMENA, APAC, Greater China, Africa) Guidance
Credit control department (HQ Credit control ) Credit screening of overseas customers, credit screening of overseas affiliated companies, monitoring of accounts receivable age and improvement guidance , planning and construction support for credit management systems for overseas affiliated companies
Operating a meeting body for credit management on a monthly basis with each region.
Scheduling of the Group Credit Committee twice a year, document preparation, meeting management (Zoom), minutes formulation, etc.
Feedback of cleansing results of all business partners of affiliated companies twice a year, indication of companies that need attention, confirmation of transaction policies, support for maintenance measures, etc.
Credit screening flow for regions or entities where credit management systems have not been established
In the future, taking into consideration the level of operational proficiency, there is a possibility that you will be involved in the operation of the Investment Review Committee, which is under the jurisdiction of another department of the Finance Department, and domestic credit management, etc.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
Business-level English skills (we will have Zoom meetings with overseas staff on a daily basis,
and will use both Japanese and English)
Knowledge of basic credit management (financial analysis, risk management)
Desirable:
Basic reading skills of contracts (rights and obligations, collateral, security)
Experience using Google platform applications
Nissho bookkeeping level 2 knowledge
SAP related experience
